An investment management company intends to modernize its system platform for planning, reporting, and KPIs across its fund and asset management operations and is therefore planning to implement a new system.

We support the internal project management team to ensure a robust project structure and clear processes in this complex initiative.

A small property developer is growing rapidly and needs to bring key processes in‑house. ARELIO developed the IT and digitalization strategy, supported the sequencing of process and system implementations, assisted with system selection, and ultimately supported the rollout and implementation.

The scope includes systems for Asset Management (AM), Property Management (PM), operational and strategic Development, Back Office, and Document Management.

A global REIT did plan to insource the property management for their German operations. Naturally, the timing was out most challenging, and the organization structures had to adopt during this transition as well.
We did provide project management for the implementation of a global off-the-shelf property management system.

A property manager was awarded a new mandate to manage a large portfolio on behalf of an investment fund.
Rent roll collection is handled via a proprietary portal, while workflows and process chains are tightly integrated. The project encountered significant challenges.
A thorough analysis of the existing approach, combined with clear recommendations for effective project controlling, resolved many of the issues and put the project back on track.

An asset owner had its portfolio properties managed by a large number of different property managers. There was an urgent need for a structured, regular, and ideally automated collection of tenant and financial data.

Selection and implementation of DMS and portfolio/fund management systems for small and large asset owners across the German‑speaking region.
Strategy is important—valuable, appealing, and usually part of the mandate. But when it comes to APIs, CSV (long declared dead but still very much alive), JSON, and scripts, we also get hands‑on.

Data transfer and conversion as a managed service:
An international investor holds, among other assets, a portfolio structured within an investment vehicle governed by German investment law. Accounting is therefore performed in accordance with German investment accounting standards.
We arrange the data transfer from the German investment accounting system and convert the data for integration into the international system in use.
